New commands highlighted in gray.

Movement

To travel, one must move. Sitting at the portal all day may get you items from Shinji's pocket, or from some poor fool who decided to fight a level 50 sunfire hawk, but it won't help you in the game in the long-term. You'll find there is more than one way to get around.

NBS - Nijigen Battle System (Fighting)

The main source of your income and experience will be through fighting, but fear not! Personal Maintainance

It is always nice to allow others to get at least a small picture of what your character is, so be sure to set your character up after acquiring it. Also, keep track of what's slipping through your fingers with your inventory, and be careful of what you wear.

Interjection: Clothing is one of the most important things in Nijigen. It prevents others from being aghast at your nudity, adds/deminishes your stats, travelling, and all around goodness. There are over a hundred items to adorn yourself with in Nijigen, but choose wisely. Often times, the best items are considered worst, eg: new-age crystals and goth black.

.use [item]: use equipment and/or weapon (eg: lantern); this command also applies to potions and anti-venoms *lobbies for a special command for quaffing those*
.disuse [item]: stop using equipment and/or weapon
.unuse [item]: refer to .disuse [item]
.wear [item]: wear an article of clothing (eg: boots)
.takeoff [item]: remove an article of clothing

Traders

One of the best ways to make money is to hire a trader, whether they're producing items for sale, or just buying and reselling things the stray wanderer drops off. Be careful about leaving too any credits on them, though, as they're likely to be looted, and avoid the casino at all costs! Your hard-earned credits can be gone quite fast.

Land
Everyone needs a place to lay their head, store items, or set-up shop. This is what land is for. However, be kind, and put in a nice description. Nobody wants to wander around and be confronted with vulgarity, stupidity, and laziness. And I swear, if I find out you did something like that, I'll strap you to a flaming pylon, and throw shards of glass at your burning body.

.owner: displays owner of land, if owned at all
.leaseland: leases land to your name at 3800gc per-year
..o [owner]: changes the owner to designated party
