Nijigen Art Contest: I would like to thank everyone who submitted artwork for their time and talent, as well as the effort they put forth in helping me add content to this site to better promote Nijigen. It was a good run, for the most part.
Below are results, images, and comments for the second quarter of the 2004 Nijigen Art Contest. Entries sorted in no particular order and no winner declared. Each contestant had vastly different entries, which made it unfair and impossible to compare against eachother. Blue Flower* and Seth are both fine artists.

Artist: Seth
Design: Graphite
Status: ...
Notes: Orc, presented by Seth, and a rather good one as far as I am concerned. He has grown as an artist since first entering into this contest, probably more-so than any other contestant.

Artist: Seth
Design: Graphite
Status: ...
Notes: Seth's Nijigen self-portrait and profile, wearing (if my recollection is accurate) petrified gauntlets, lunar plate mail, scorpio-sil pants, and a bracelet of black fire. I can't recall which type of sword he said it was. Either way, I find the profile to be rather well done.

Artist: Circ
Design: Mech. Pencil, Photoshop, Vue d'Esprit
Status: ...
Notes: A pirate flipping the bird; more-or-less my sentiments regarding how Nijigen developed. You won't get the joke unless you were involved in the situation and have half a mind to understand it. Probably the best Photoshop project I've whipped out.

Artist: Blue Flower*
Design: Unsure
Status: ...
Notes: Blue's entry has the misfortune of being incongruent, although I'm sure she was unaware at the time of making it that this would be the last Nijigen-related art contest I would be holding, and that I had abandoned Nijigen altogether. It is my personal favorite as far as entries go this quarter.

Updated: I made a few changes to the site, just 'cause I had nothing else to do. Login to Nijigen and an actual link to Anime Cap.
